    We offer holiday pay for 6 holidays each year. Full time employees receive 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service increasing up to 3 weeks per year after 6 years of service.

    Saving for retirement is important, so Baker Construction has a 401k program that after 90 days, fifty cents ($0.50) on the dollar is matched by the company for the first 6% of pay deferred.
