Pay
We offer holiday pay for 6 holidays each year. Full time employees
receive 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service increasing
up to 3 weeks per year after 6 years of service.

Care Coverage
Our comprehensive health plan was written with the needs of our
employees in mind. It includes Medical, Dental, Prescription &
Vision coverage after 90 days of service. Employees may choose
to purchase health care coverage for their dependents.

Insurance and AD&D Insurance
Group Life and AD&D insurance is provided to all employees.
This coverage will pay up to 1x your annual salary for covered
losses.
- Profit
Sharing Plan
At the
end of each fiscal year, the owners of Baker Construction dedicate
a generous percentage of its pre-tax profitability to a pool,
which is then divided among each full-time employee. This is a
company-wide contribution that inspires every employee to perform
as efficiently as possible.
- Long-Term
Disability Insurance
Long-term disability insurance is also provided that will pay
a monthly benefit if you become disabled and cannot work.
- Retirement
Savings Plan
Saving for retirement is important, so Baker Construction has
a 401k program that after 90 days, fifty cents ($0.50) on the
dollar is matched by the company for the first 6% of pay deferred.
